I've been hearing excellent things about NGINX for a while now, so i feel like making the switch. NGINX is a fast webserver (from Russia, where it powers www.rambler.ru) with a low memory footprint.
Either I have my configuration completely wrong, or I dont know what I'm doing, but Apache on one of my servers is taking up 30 megs an instance. I'll report back on how much less memory NGINX uses when I switch over.
Nginx does use a lot less memory, and for that i'm greatful. The uninstallation script on ubuntu is kind of troublesome, but i guess that will be fixed later
